What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are completely free when shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. It is possible to ship outside the Netherlands and Belgium, additional shipping costs will be charged. These shipping costs are automatically calculated after entering the delivery address.

What is the delivery time and what are the delivery options?

Orders placed on weekdays before 4 p.m. will be delivered the next day (depending on your choice). Your order will be delivered by PostNL. 

You will be informed of the order status by e-mail. When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your order. This means that your order is ready to be shipped. We do our utmost to deliver all products on time. However, we reserve the right to deliver later if a product is not in stock. It is possible that due to circumstances at PostNL the delivery is delayed, unfortunately we have no influence on this.
